I am a Pisces and like long walks on the beach! Kidding! My story starts out like so many others with childhood traumas that permeated my entire upbringing and adult life until I could no longer hide from them. I came face to face with what I considered to be alcoholism based on the way I chose to numb my pain. I spent about four years attending Alcoholics Anonymous meetings and working a solid program until I felt called to explore plant medicine (Ayahuasca specifically).

I started reading and watching everything I could get my hands on about the ceremony integration process and what that could look like. I spent about a year transitioning my way out of AA and into the world of healing through plant medicine. Prior to leaving AA though, I had become a Reiki Master and started taking class after class... Past Life Regressions, Mediumship, Meditation... everything I could get my hands on with a sort of desperation. It wasn't until after my Ayahuasca journey that my life had done a complete 180! I attended classes to become a certified Master Shaman, but it was my time spent in Sacred Ceremony (along with the integration process) that I was able to put everything together, make sense of the things I had learned and how each experience fit into the puzzle). Finally! I was beginning to see where I was going rather than just grasping at everything! I began learning the flow of life rather than continuing to force and bend everything to my will.

Shadow Work has been a tremendous part of my personal transformation. Finding acceptance and love for the dark and the light within has allowed me a freedom that is beyond what I could have imagined. Between December and February (2021/2022), I had the honor of walking my Dad and my Stepmom through their transitions beyond the veil (which is what led me to taking my Death Doula/Midwifery Certification). I continue to participate in medicine ceremonies as they have been the key to unlock an entirely different world for me. I am nothing like the scared girl who walked through my life up to this point. I AM Divine Feminine! I AM fierce and I AM powerful, but, above all, I AM LOVE! I AM statements are valuable reminders for me. My favorite thing in this life is to show you who you really are and help you lean into it. Find the key to your own lock and step into your own power! I worked really hard to get where I am. I faced my own pain and suffering; I continue to show up vulnerable and raw, owning every single piece of who I am! I am statements are huge for me because I AM ON PURPOSE! Make no mistake, this work is not for the faint of heart, but hot damn, it is worth it! I do a lot of energy work and Mediumship readings but I also provide sacred ceremonies in whatever way I am called to.
