Kristen is a Master Shaman, Psychic, Medium, Death Doula & Midwife, Reiki Master, Spiritual Coach, and Sacred Ceremony Leader. She has traveled the world and learned to administer Cacao Ceremonies, facilitate support during Ayahuasca Ceremonies, Kambo Ceremonies, Mushroom Ceremonies, and other Plant Medicine rituals for trauma release and recovery.
Kristen has worked with veterans and those in substance abuse recovery to facilitate emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual healing. Through energy work, she helps clients release emotional trigger points, guiding them on a path of healing and energetic upgrade.
Kristen is certified in Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Past Life Regression, Crystal Reiki Mastery & Teaching, Medical Intuitive Understanding, and has chaired spiritual retreats for people in recovery.
Through Kristen’s personal story of “then and now,” she highlights healing points for trauma survivors, showing them where to start rebuilding and reclaiming their personal power.
Kristen is a "spiritual architect" who has mastered the art of reading energetic blueprints in individuals, helping them design personalized growth programs that directly align with their soul's purpose.
Kristen serves on executive boards for local non-profit organizations and businesses, teaching emotional calibration in company spaces to empower staff.
